Sirocco is a rich, deeply aromatic coffee from Araku Valley, featuring notes of dark cherry, bittersweet cacao and burnt sugar. Its medium-dark roast adds warmth and intensity while preserving the natural fruit character of the coffee.
The cup is full and rounded, with low acidity and a long finish touched by gentle spice. Enjoy Sirocco as French press, moka pot, espresso or drip coffee-bold, warming and smooth without excessive bitterness.

MEASURE AND GRIND
Use 1 part coffee to 17 parts water and grind medium-coarse.

ADD WATER
Measure filtered water and add to the machine's reservoir.

ADD FILTER
Place a fresh filter in the brew basket, then add coffee.

START THE BREW
And let the machine do the work.

Pour hot water, stir gently for 10 seconds, then steep for 1 minute.

PRESS & ENJOY
Press slowly for 20–30 seconds until you hear a gentle hiss. Enjoy a smooth, rich cup.

Use 18–20g of finely ground coffee and tamp evenly.

Pull a shot for 25–30 seconds to achieve a balanced extraction.
