Solara

Light to Medium Roast
$20.00
Ripe Peach · Red Grape · Golden Caramel

Solara captures the fruit-forward character of Araku Valley in a smooth and approachable light-to-medium roast. Notes of ripe peach, red grape and golden caramel unfold across a rounded body with gentle, juicy acidity.

As the coffee cools, a soft cocoa undertone adds depth to its fruit sweetness and clean finish. Solara works beautifully as pour-over, drip, AeroPress or French press-bright enough to feel expressive, yet balanced enough for everyday drinking.

Solara Flavor Profile
If someone asks me for a bag of coffee, nine times out of ten, I'll give 'em some Holler to brew. The acidity is lively, but the roast level is the perfect medium where perceived sweetness is at its maximum.
